Information we collect

We receive your name, email address and message. All three fields are required to handle your enquiry through the form. Please avoid including sensitive information or unnecessary personal data about other people.

Sending a message does not sign you up for marketing emails. We do not use your messages for profiling or automated decisions.

Purpose and legal basis

We answer your enquiries and prepare proposals you request. Requests for a quote or service are processed to take steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other enquiries and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with visitors and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). You may object to this latter processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and follow-up. Afterwards, we retain only what is required for legal obligations or potential claims, restricting access where appropriate. To prevent abuse, the form temporarily keeps submission counters linked to a hash of the email address in 15-minute windows. Expired counters are discarded when new submissions are checked or the process restarts.

How we receive your message

When you submit the form, the website server receives your details and passes them to an email delivery service to send the message to contact@ovrity.com. Our mailbox provider receives and stores it so we can read it and reply. If you email us directly, your message reaches our mailbox without passing through the form's email delivery service.

Updates by email

If you subscribe to updates, we use your email address and the language you chose to email you when we publish updates on our projects. We only add you to the list after you confirm through the link we send you, which expires after 7 days. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us at contact@ovrity.com.

This processing is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing. We keep your address while you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we only keep it marked as unsubscribed so we don't email you again, unless you ask us to delete it. The list is stored with our email delivery service. To prevent abuse, the subscription form keeps the same temporary 15-minute counters as the contact form.

Providers involved

We use website hosting, email delivery and business email providers to handle enquiries and updates by email. These services process the information needed for their respective functions: hosting and operating the website, delivering messages, and managing our mailbox and correspondence. You can request information about our providers by emailing contact@ovrity.com. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. We do not sell your data.

International transfers

The email delivery service used by our forms and updates list primarily processes data in the United States. Our website hosting and business email services may also process data outside the European Economic Area, depending on their terms and configuration. These providers' terms include mechanisms for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, as applicable. Email contact@ovrity.com to request information about the applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Email contact@ovrity.com and tell us what you need. We will only ask for additional identification when necessary. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your competent supervisory authority.
